Updates

1. The courts are open! Please, pretty please let us get a court date soon...I need to get to my boys!

2. My mommy came to town last weekend and we spent tons of time (and money) getting the room ready for our little dudes. We have a sweet little room with matching cribs. Pics to come later, I promise!

3. We received updated measurements for A & N. They are steadily gaining wait. Chub up boys, chub up!

New reader here: Keep growing big and strong boys. Your mommy and daddy already seem to love you so much and I am sure many more people love you too.

I hope you get a court date set soon!

I am a father of twin boys, not adopted. I have never had so much fun in my entire life! I salute the 2 of you for taking these 2 lucky boys into your lives. My simple advice: Discipline them early on a couple of key saftey-related issues (no touching the stove knobs, no running into the street). In these cases, don't be afraid to be so adamant in your manner that they cry. That's when they remember. Then you can be pretty easy-going on the other stuff, and they will begin to look out for themselves and each other. Be polite with them and they will be polite with the world. Keep them at home for as long as you can. Sacrifice for them now when they really need you instead of working to save for college later. Ignore people like me who dispense advice unasked. Lastly, HAVE FUN, it's okay to laugh, at everything!

Sorry, just to add. My boys are non-identical too. Each an utter individual unto himself, from the get-go. Photos here, if you're interested: http://www.myspace.com/skipkent

They're 2 1/2 now, a little bit older than in the photos.
